Application Deadline
Last extension: Wednesday, February 22nd

You will not be able to sign a document electronically until
CCID receives your Signature Verification form.
SEND THIS FORM AS FIRST.

1) To mail a document and/or payment to CCID Office,
allow at least 4-6 days for it to reach us.

2) To meet the deadline, it is important that
the Signature form is received at least 1-2 days prior to the deadline.
You still need to electronically sign the other documents and pay the deposit.

To apply for a program, click on PROGRAMS tab. 
Click on the program name and "Apply now" button.
NOTE: You will need to create your account first and then
follow on with application requirements. 
Keep the account password on file
as you will need to return to your application again. 

The application requires you to submit documents electronically or by mail,
and it consists of application phases so please keep that in mind.
